The patient and family partners meet with Dr. Sekhon and Dr. Hoiland on a quarterly basis and receive updates on the cluster’s progress and provide patient-centered viewpoints on future projects and goals. The patient and family partners are also invited to participate in the cluster knowledge sharing activities to enhance engagement with cluster members.
